Twenty-six years ago, we wrote our very first Progressive policy. Back then, things looked a lot different in the insurance world. Filing cabinets lined the walls, paper applications had to be filled out by hand, and the fax machine was the height of cutting-edge technology. If you had even heard of the internet, chances are you were logging in with a dial-up modem and an AOL account.
Fast forward to today and it’s almost hard to believe how much has changed. Now, policies can be quoted and issued right from a smartphone. Claims can be filed without ever setting foot in the office. Emails and text messages have long since replaced fax machines, and nearly everything we do is online.
Through all those changes, one thing hasn’t wavered: our partnership with Progressive and our commitment to serving you, our customers. We’ve grown right alongside the technology, making sure you still get the personal service of a local, family-run agency with the convenience of modern tools.
From our little corner of Southeast Georgia—Kingsland, Hinesville, St. Marys, and beyond—we’ve been proud to call this community home while helping our neighbors protect what matters most.
